Q1. The boundaries in the poem are the fence separating the two farmers when one of them doesn't care about the fence.
Q2. Two language techniques is a hyperbole because the farmer exaggerates when he says "stay where you are while our backs are turned". Another language technique is simlie for example "like an old-stoned savage armed".
